Section 12, Clause 4(a): Unauthorized Resignation:
All Hayclon Mutual Claims Agents must provide a standard two-week written notice prior to resignation to facilitate the mandatory arcane memory wipe. Agents attempting to sever employment without prior notice, or attempting to bypass the memory extraction, will be subject to immediate termination. Please note that "termination" in this context refers to the permanent cessation of the Agent's biological functions, not administrative dismissal.

Section 8, Clause 19(a): Escalation Due to Agent Mortality:
Clients are strongly advised against harming the Claims Agent assigned to their case. Any expiration of a field Agent automatically triggers a Class-S Audit. This mandates the immediate deployment of a Senior Executive Inquisitor, permanently freezes all pending payouts, and subjects the client to a retroactive, highly invasive inspection of all past and present magical infractions. Murdering your Agent will not expedite your claim.

Section 8, Clause 19(b): Employee Remains and Payout Disbursement:
In the event of Agent mortality, Hayclon Mutual will cover all reasonable cremation or exorcism costs. However, this benefit is strictly contingent upon the recovery and verified submission of at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the Agent's original physical mass. If an Agent is vaporized, transfigured into an amorphous gas, or scattered across multiple dimensions and the recovered fraction is 49% or less, the remains are legally classified as "litter" and are entirely ineligible for corporate financial coverage.
